How long does it take to tint a vehicle?

While there are a multitude of variables that effect length of installation a typical 4 door sedan or 4 door truck can take 3-4hours to complete to our standards.

Can I tint my front drivers and passenger windows?

While B.C. prohibits tint on the front windows we are not an agent of the province and feel this is a case of personal responsibility.

 If you request front doors you assume the risk. The Law doesn't prohibit UV/IR blocking film that's clear on both the front side windows and front windshield.

What brand and kind of tint do you use?

We have partnered with EDGE Film Technologies, Hüper Optik, ASWF & Solar Guard to offer our customers a variety of high end window films.

How do I get my vehicle ready for tint?

We recommend having your vehicle cleaned professionally before bringing it for tint with extra attention on cleaning all the seals and areas around the windows. If your vehicle is older than 3yrs or has been off road we may need to take some additional measures to guarantee a good job. While we strive to do our absolute best if your vehicles is dirty or old there is a heightened risk of contamination.

Do you tint windows in homes and offices?

YES! Absolutely FR3SH offers residential and commercial flat glass tinting.

What are your warranties?

*Vehicles older than 3 model yrs, extremely dirty vehicles, Off road vehicles, commercial and agriculture vehicles may not qualify for the same warranty coverage due to the risk associated with tinting these vehicles. These vehicles may experience some level of contamination and as such we can not make the same guarantees as we can with new vehicles that spend their lives on the street.

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by FR3SH. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FR3SH. FR3SH offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or physical location and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

 

Please read these Terms of Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

SECTION 1 – BOOKING / DEPOSIT

Deposits are non refundable. The deposit amount will be applied to the bill at the completion of services. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice to be able to move your appointment to an alternative date and/or time. Should you change your overall service on the day we may charge a discretionary fee for workshop time lost. E.g. you book in for window tint and light tint, then decide you don’t want the lights tinting on the day. This fee is capped at your deposit amount, which is usually $50.

When we set an appointment window we allocate the required time in our workshop for your car and the service you are having carried out, so we really do appreciate punctuality; however the car can be dropped off as early as you like, or even the previous day if required. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment you may lose your deposit.

SECTION 2a – QUOTE

If we provide a quote without seeing the car, we are assuming there are no alterations or modifications to the car affecting access to the windows inside or outside. If there are, please let us know at the time of inquiry. If we are unaware before your appointment we may add a surcharge and if the allotted workshop time is no longer viable your deposit will not be refunded.

SECTION 2b - REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our business once payment is collected services have been rendered, therefor are non-refundable. We will not issue refunds for items like Tint, PPF, Ceramic Coatings and any other products that become affixed to the vehicle. If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received we will work with you to come to an amicable solution based on the situation. You will be given an opportunity to inspect any work preformed before payment is collected (see: section 5b). Pre cut tint kits are sold as final sale items these kits are cut specifically for each vehicle and can not be returned once purchased.

SECTION 2c - PAYMENTS

You authorize FR3SH to collect payment for services rendered or products purchased from you or your payments provider. By completing a sale with us you authorize FR3SH to collect the approved amount.

SECTION 2d - CHARGE BACKS

Due to the nature of our business once payment is collected services have been rendered, therefor are non-refundable. If you do not follow these terms and submit a charge back for services rendered you are committing friendly fraud and the charge back will be disputed. If FR3SH has to dispute a charge back claim for services rendered you become liable for costs associated with the dispute, this includes time spent and any and all legal fees associated with the charge back dispute.

SECTION 3 – SHADE CHOICE

The window tint shade is chosen by the customer. We may offer advice if requested, however the final decision is yours! Once the windows have been tinted, if you are not happy with the shade you chose then we can remove and refit a different tint shade, however there will be no refund for the first shade and there will be an additional charge to remove and re-tint the windows.

SECTION 4 – LEGAL WINDOW TINTING

Although you can tint the rear windows at whatever shade / darkness you want, the front windows tint by law need to let 70% light through, known as VTL. If you decide to drive the car on the public roadway you will be breaking the law and we accept no responsibility for any legal or monetary implications.

SECTION 5a – WARRANTY

Our Window tinting and PPF installation services come with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers any defect in the film and workmanship, however does not cover damage caused by external factors (see section 5d - NO FAULT INSURANCE) . Proof of purchase via receipt/invoice or warranty card needs to be produced by the customer, we can not look up your transaction. Pre cut tint kits carry no warranties.

SECTION 5b - Tint & PPF EXPECTATIONS

While we strive to send customers away with contamination and flaw free installations. Due to the nature of the products being installed its impossible to have a completely contamination or flaw free installation. Standard practice for inspecting a new tint job is to stand 3-5ft away from the vehicle, if the flaws can not be seen at this distance then they are acceptable. If they are unacceptable we will redo the window containing the flaws one time with the same % film for free. If there are more than 5 specs in one given area we will attempt to work them out of the film and if we can not we will redo the window.  (see section 5d - NO FAULT INSURANCE)

SECTION 5c - CLAIMS or DAMAGE POLICY

If for any reason our services are the direct cause of an issue in your vehicle FR3SH will do everything in our power to correct the issue. If an issue arises FR3SH must be notified immediately and given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. FR3SH must be able to determine if the issue was caused by us or if it was pre-existing or simply a coincidence. FR3SH must be in control of the diagnostics and repair process to ensure we can make proper submissions for insurance. If a customer takes it upon them selves to have an issue diagnosed and/or repaired else where with out first notifying FR3SH they assume sole responsibility for the costs and absolve FR3SH of any responsibility.  (See Section 10b Online posting of negative comments or reviews)

SECTION 5d - NO FAULT INSURANCE

FR3SH offers for purchase a no fault insurance package for window tint and ppf. Based on the work preformed this can range from $50 - $250. What this gives our customers is a 1 time use insurance in the event that your tint is damaged e.g. buy a seat belt or your PPF is damaged in an accident. Tint coverage provides the re-tinting of any 1 window. PPF coverage provides $250 towards replacing the PPF damaged by external forces.

SECTION 6- GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

 

SECTION 7- MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

SECTION 8- ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

SECTION 9-THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

 

SECTION 10a- USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

SECTION 10b- ONLINE POSTING OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS OR REVIEWS

We strive to maintain 5star reviews. If you fail to abide by our terms and conditions and this results in a situation where you feel you have been wronged. This isn't sufficient cause to post or leave negative comments or reviews. Before you post a negative comment or review you must give FR3SH ample time and ability to correct any issues and earn a 5star review. If you do not abide by these terms we reserve the right to pursue legal action to have comments or reviews removed and hold those responsible liable for damages. FR3SH will not hesitate to take action against those who leave retaliatory reviews or attempt to hurt our image. Making a threat of a negative review or post to get what you want from us will immediately trigger an action for coercion and your request will be denied on principal.

 

SECTION 11- ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

 

SECTION 12- INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FR3SH and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licencors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

 

SECTION 13- SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforce ability of any other remaining provisions.

 

SECTION 14- GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
